This website is operated by Health Regenesis.co.nz (Health Regenesis). The terms “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Health Regenesis. “You” or “Your” refer to you as the customer, Health Regenesis account holder, or otherwise the user of our website and products.

Use of this website, including all information, tools and services, by you, the user, is conditional upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions and policies contained within these conditions.
These Terms and Conditions of Sale pertain to the use of the Health Regenesis website, to accounts opened with Health Regenesis and to all purchases made through the Health Regenesis website, as well as any associated websites or directly from Health Regenesis and apply to all users of the site including, without limitation, browsers, merchants, vendors and contributors of content.
By visiting or using any part of the site, and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Health Regenesis Limited is a New Zealand owned and operated company. These Terms and Conditions of Sale, and any separate agreements whereby we provide you products or services, will be governed by and construed in accordance with New Zealand law. By accessing and using the Health Regenesis website you agree to submit to the sole jurisdiction of the New Zealand Courts, should a dispute arise between you and Health Regenesis.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Health Regenesis’ maximum aggregate liability for any product supplied to you whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise shall in no circumstances exceed the amount paid by you to Health Regenesis for the product, excluding cost of delivery.
If you are a “consumer” under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and you acquire any Health Regenesis product for the purposes of a “business” (as those terms are defined in the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993), the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 are excluded with regard to those products.
No warranties for website use
While Health Regenesis endeavours to ensure our website contains no computer virus or malicious software, Health Regenesis will have no liability for any damage to your computer, other hardware or software as a result of your use of the Website.
Limitations & permissions
Use of any logo or trademark displayed on the website is not permitted without the written consent of Health Regenesis. You may link to the website from other websites provided you agree to immediately remove that link if requested to do so by Health Regenesis.

Third-party links on this website may direct you to third-party links that are not controlled by Health Regenesis. Health Regenesis does not assess the content, accuracy or security of any third-party website you may link to. You agree to use any such third-party Website at your own risk and accept that Health Regenesis is not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third-party websites.

Consent to receive email communications
By using our site, registering for an account or making an order, you consent to us sending you relevant transactional emails about your user account and/or order.
You can elect to receive Health Regenesis emails from the form at the bottom of the homepage, when you place an order, or when you register for an account. You can unsubscribe from these promotional emails at any time (simply click on the link in the footer of any promotional email we send you).
If you unsubscribe from promotional emails your account will still be valid, and you will continue to receive Health Regenesis transactional emails regarding site usage, orders and account status.
You can elect to receive no emails from Health Regenesis and join our email blacklist by contacting us at info@healthregenesis.co.nz. However, please note, this means that you will not receive order confirmation emails or delivery updates. Once you have requested to receive no emails from us, we cannot reverse this.

While we aim to list current and accurate product information at all times, errors may occur. Pricing
All prices displayed on the Health Regenesis website are in NZD dollars and inclusive of New Zealand GST. New Zealand GST is applicable to all orders delivered within New Zealand.
Any orders delivered to Australia are subject to 10% Australian GST. Australian GST is not included in the product prices and is calculated at checkout as part of your shipping costs in the Delivery and Tax field. Any order to Australia, including shipping (and GST tax), will be transacted in NZD.
Sales to customers outside of New Zealand may be subject to the payment of taxes and charges in their country. These are usually payable by you before the package is released from customs. As these charges are outside of our control, Health Regenesis accepts no liability for the advance notice or payment of any such charges levied by your country’s customs, import or postal authorities.
Changes to Prices and Service
Prices for the products and services listed on the site are subject to change without notice. We do our best to provide accurate pricing information but errors can occur from time to time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products incorrectly priced.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product or service without notice at any time.
We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product or service.
Product availability
Product availability is subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Whenever possible, product out of stocks are clearly highlighted on the site.
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. We also reserve the right to limit the sale of our products or services to any person or geographic region.
Product expiry dates
Most products include an expiry date. Our policy is to not dispatch any product within three months of its expiry date, unless otherwise stated on the product page or where the product is sold as part of a clearance promotion.

Health Regenesis reserves the right to limit, refuse or cancel any order you place with us, at its discretion, and refund payment. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. Should we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made.
Health Regenesis reserves the right to refuse to deliver any products ordered for any reason, including without limitation, unavailability of stock or a decision by Health Regenesis to no longer sell a product. A refund will be given if payment has been accepted prior to any of these reasons.
Dispatch
Orders will be dispatched once payment has been received by Health Regenesis or any suspected fraud has been investigated. An order or transaction is not complete until products are dispatched.
Returns are accepted for credit up to 10 days after dispatch as long as products and packaging are unopened, undamaged and in suitable condition for re-sale. Please contact us prior to any returns.
Please provide your order number along with your return. You will be advised once your return has been processed. Credit notes or refunds are normally issued within 10 working days.
Delivery
Health Regenesis uses third party carriers to deliver our products. If your order is missing or has been damaged, please contact us and provide your order number and details of the damage.
Please keep damaged products and packaging in the condition you received them in and take a photograph, if possible, so we can follow up with the carrier.
You will need to contact us within 7 days of receipt of your product in order for us to issue a refund or replacement

Reviews and testimonials on the website are provided by users of our products, without compensation. The reviews and testimonials are the experiences of real people with the products they’ve used and are not substantiated health claims.
